The family pool slide consists of a sliding platform(some times no need platform), fiberglass slide way, steel structure supporting the slide, departure platform, buffer section of the slide, water supply and drainage piping system, water pump, electrical control cabinet and other parts. Visitors start from the entrance of the slide on the sliding platform, and slide into the pool after obtaining a certain initial speed through the initial acceleration section under the action of water buoyancy, thrust and lubrication.

Environmental condition requirements for family slides:

1. Use temperature 18 ~ 46℃.

2. The ambient relative humidity ranges from 28% to 99%.
3. In case of lightning, heavy rain, fog, strong wind (wind speed > 15m/s) and other bad weather, the slide should be stopped.
4. When artificial lighting is used at night, the illumination of water surface shall not be less than 75LX.
5. The equipment must stop running in snowy days.

The requirements for the equipment base of the home slide:

1. Slide foundation construction shall be designed and constructed in strict accordance with the requirements of civil engineering drawings provided by the company.
2. When locating the foundation, the selected datum shall be consistent with the requirements of the drawing, and the deviation of the coordinate position (longitudinal and horizontal axis) of the foundation (including the anchor bolts of embedded parts) shall not exceed ±15mm, and the deviation of elevation value shall not exceed -15mm.
3. The foundation shall not have abnormal phenomena such as uneven settlement, cracking and loosening that affect the normal operation of the slide.
4. The oil, gravel, soil, and water on the foundation surface shall be cleared, and the threads and nuts of anchor bolts shall be well protected.
5. When installing the foundation, the anchor bolts should be connected with anti-loosening measures (double nuts).

Attention should be paid to quality problems:

Water slide installation:

The main process of slide installation is as follows:

Foundation cable payout, wire inspection → slide steel structure installation → slide installation → electrical equipment installation → slide acceptance

Safety precautions during installation:

5.3. When the meteorological conditions do not meet the requirements of equipment installation, measures shall be taken. No construction shall be carried out until measures have been taken.

5.9. During operation, personal protective equipment must be properly used according to regulations. Dress neatly, and it is strictly prohibited to enter the construction site barefoot, wearing slippers and high heels.
5.10. In the absence of reliable safety protection facilities in the height (more than 2 meters) and steep slope construction, must fasten qualified safety belt, safety belt to firmly, high hanging low use, at the same time height operation shall not wear hard sole and slippery shoes with nails, wear non-slip rubber shoes.
5.11. Personnel engaged in special operations must hold a certificate to work, and are strictly prohibited to operate without a license or mechanical equipment that has nothing to do with them.
